Cultural Heritage and New Technologies 2014, Call for paper, poster, video

E' ancora aperta la Call for Paper, Poster e Video per la 19a Conferenza Cultural Heritage and New Technologies (CHNT19) che si terrà a Vienna dal 3 al 5 novembre 2013. Il tema della prossima edizione è: Archeologia urbana ed elaborazione…. Analizzando i dati. 

Scavi, dialoghi in campo, brevi osservazioni ed indagini, di fatto qualsiasi attività archeologica matura "cose": appunti, schemi, foto, dati e qualsiasi numero di reperti. Per dare un senso e utilizzare le informazioni in essi contenute e per contribuire alla narrazione archeologica essi devono essere elaborati, analizzati e interpretati. Senza questi "passi successivi" l'archeologia non ha senso. Gli oggetti possono essere classificati tipologicamente in base alla forma e materia, i piani di scavo sono studiati topologicamente e topograficamente, la stratigrafia grezza è raggruppata in fasi e una suite completa di archeoscienze, come la paleobotanica, la dendrocronologia, la datazione da isotopi, l'antropologia umana o archaeolzoology , è a nostra disposizione per analisi scientifica e la datazione.
