GEORES 2019
Politecnico di Milano, in conjunction with Università degli Studi Firenze (UNIFI) and Politecnico di Torino (POLITO), is organizing the 2nd International Conference GEORES2019 on “Cultural Heritage: challenges, new perspectives and technology innovation Towards informative content models and beyond” (ISPRS event).
The Conference will take place in Milan, Italy (8 – 10 May 2019) with the aim of bringing together the communities of researchers in geomatics and restoration.
The GEORES 2019 conference aims to be an occasion for the experts of the two worlds of Geomatics and Restoration, and not only, acting in the Cultural Heritage - to be intended in an extended meaning - , where policies meet technologies, to share, exchange and explore common needs and new approaches, challenging and critical issues, in the heritage preservation, management, teaching and communication.

Il Politecnico di Milano, in collaborazione con l’Università degli Studi di Firenze ed il Politecnico di Torino, organizza la 2ndedizione della Conferenza Internazionale GEORES 2019 sul tema “Cultural Heritage: challenges, new perspectives and technology innovation. Toward informative content models and beyond”. La conferenza si terrà a Milano (8-10 Maggio 2019) con lo scopo di riunire le due communities di ricerca (Geomatics e Restoration), sul comune tema del Cultural Heritage nel senso ampio del termine, quale occasione di dibattito e scambio culturale sull’incontro di policies e technologies, nuove sfide e prospettive, criticità e opportunità, e richieste provenienti dalle communities.
